Document Scanning

  • Digitizing your paper documents into an electronic format ensuring easy and secure access.
  • A complete process from Collection through to the final scanning process where your documents are uploaded to the cloud for easy access.
  • Your paper records can then be returned to you, destroyed by us or stored in our secure storage facility

Document Storage

  • Secure off-site archiving in our purpose-built facility. All documents are stored and logged on our system for easy retrieval of documents to be returned to you at your convenience.
  • We will arrange a collection at a time to suit you.
  • Your records are returned to the facility where they are tracked on our system.
  • You, the customer can then email us with any requests for a fast reliable returns service.

Confidential Shredding

  • We will ensure your documents are destroyed in a confidential manner ensuring all Data Protection laws are met.
  • A complete process from collection through to destruction with a certificate of destruction provided.
  • We will even recycle as much of the material as possible.

Records Scanning / Management

  • Requests can be returned to you as a digital format even if you are storing physical records with us.
  • All requests will be scanned and password protected before being sent across on our secure portal.
  • This improves efficiency and a super fast turnaround of record requests.

Collection

Internal, direct personnel will come to your premises in an unmarked van (for added security) to collect your documentation and files.

Document / records preparation

Boxes logged/booked on to systems.

Scanning

Documents scanned in black and white or colour.

Image / file preparation

Post scan quality checks completed, files then exported to formats such as PDF, fully tailored indexing completed.

Access

Secure cloud based document and file access for convenience when required (total removal for the need to retain hard records, taking up office space and in turn reducing environmental impact).

Secure shredding

Confidential shredding completed in line with British Standard 8555:2016 and a certificate of destruction provided.

Physical storage (if required)

At our secure facility within easy access to the M4 motorway.
